IT Support Technician

The type of applicants we are looking for would have a proven background in IT support. Great customer service attitude is essential, along with a driven personality. You will be working alongside colleagues with years of IT knowledge, who will be keen to share this with you and help in your progression. A full driving licence and own vehicle is desirable.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support to customers via Telephone/remote or onsite.
  • Install and configure computer hardware OS and applications
  • Office 365 configuration and maintenance of tenancies
  • Server 2012, 2016 and 2019 maintenance (Active Directory, Azure, DHCP, DNS and Group Policy)
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems, network, Anti-Virus, RMM and backup systems
  • Set up new users’ accounts and profiles
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults in a timely manner
  • Support the roll-out of new applications and updates/patches
  • Establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals
  • Servicing equipment
  • An understanding of Computer Hardware and components

Microsoft Excel/Sage 50 /Power BI Report Designer

Do you love manipulating data in Excel, have knowledge of Sage 50 or 200 Accounts and know what Microsoft Power BI is? If so, are you interested in developing it further?

At ACIT Solutions we connect Sage data tables using Excel and Microsoft Power BI, delivering the real-time information business owners/managers demand. Due to the continued growth in this area, ACIT now require more staff with these skills.

Sage 50 Accounts Support Technicians

The type of applicants we are looking for have been using Sage 50 for several years and can find their way around the software well. You will be the person within your current business who all other Sage users go to when they need help; whether it is editing a layout or a ‘how can I do this?’ question.
