“ACIT has advanced business continuity plans in place to minimise disruption to our own and our customers’ business operations. Our focus remains to offer high levels of service at all times for our customers.
Our team have the capacity to perform their day to day tasks equally as well at our offices or if isolated away from their desks. Our internal systems are all accessible remotely and our phone system is cloud based, easily accessed by an app on our phones.
Any onsite work that needs to be completed will be risk assessed, considering the safety and wellbeing of our staff and customers. We will monitor all government instructions and adhere to them as directed.”
