Who are we?
ACIT Solutions Ltd was founded in the 1990s by Greg Hall after a chance meeting with one of the partners of the Chartered Accountants. Greg, who had previously trained there as an accountant a couple of years earlier, was asked to provide Sage training to all staff members and – of course – agreed! Armed with his experience, Greg implemented Sage Line 50 Accounts, Job Costing and Payroll services, as well as becoming Computer Manager for the Chartered Accountants. What began as a Sage training service quickly developed into a full range of Sage software and IT support solutions. And so, ACIT Solutions Ltd was born.
Looking back now, with over 30 years of industry expertise, it’s clear to see why ACIT has excelled. At the time of its inception, ACIT filled the gap in the market for Sage implementation services. Accountants had previously thought that they could offer comprehensive Sage solutions relying solely on their experience as a user. However, many had no knowledge of the commercial side of the software, meaning they were not able to offer bespoke and effective solutions.
Fast forward 25+ years and ACIT Solutions Ltd is proud to be an established Sage partner and IT solution provider. We take pride in using our wealth of knowledge to offer innovative and effective solutions to our customers’ needs. We are also proud to be recommended by the likes of Sage, Sicon, ACT!, accountants, and customers alike. Our team take real pride in their work, allowing us to grow our business by referrals and word of mouth.
Between 2005 and 2011we were awarded Sage’s prestigious Circle of Excellence award. An unbelievable achievement rewarded with trips to Paris, Barcelona, Athens and Abu Dhabi with the senior management of Sage. Out of hundreds of Sage’s Business Partners, only 15 were rewarded every year, based on their customer satisfaction scores. Since winning these awards the ACIT team has continued to grow and today Greg ensures all of his staff continue to work within the same customer satisfaction culture that has served his customers well for over twenty years.
We have continued to grow through referrals and recommendations, built on delivering outstanding levels of customer service in all that we do. This is highlighted by our ACITea philosophy – where we encourage our customers to call us and if we can’t fix the issue on the phone or remotely via your PC, we will send you away for a cup of ACITea while we repair the issue.
