Since they stopped selling their own manufacturing module in February 2020, Sage now recommend Sicon’s manufacturing module as the leading alternative.
Sicon Manufacturing is a set of additional modules for Sage 200, integrated with Stock, BOM, and Sales/Purchase Order Processing. The modules include Job Costing, Works Order Processing and Estimating. The software can be configured for one-off job-costed manufacture or high volume batch-manufactured products. Material and Resource Planning (MRP) provides suggested works and purchase orders plus Rough Cut Capacity Planning for labour and machine usage.
