Finding you the right manufacturing software for your business.

Having performed thousands of software implementations, ACIT Solutions are accredited specialists in both Sage 50 & Sage 200 Manufacturing modules. Though we continue to support these modules, neither are supported or updated by Sage any more. As such, we have found alternatives for both platforms that provide efficient and powerful solutions to our customers’ needs. We work closely with both providers to ensure your needs are met and you get the most out of your system.
Our solutions cover all aspects of manufacturing, from simple backflushing BOMs and kitting sales orders, through to real-time Shop Floor Data Capture using barcoding, MRP and finite capacity planning.

Sage 50 cloud

CM50 is a modular system that provides you with all the tools you need to manage your business. Whether you are looking for enhanced Stock Control to go beyond the capabilities of Sage 50 Accounts, or are looking for a complete manufacturing package that controls all aspects of your business, CIM50 is a revolutionary new product that gives you the control and confidence you need from your business-critical software.

If you’re still using Sage 50 Manufacturing and are looking for an alternative, as Cim50 migration specialists we make sure your transition is as smooth as possible.

Since they stopped selling their own manufacturing module in February 2020, Sage now recommend Sicon’s manufacturing module as the leading alternative.

Sicon Manufacturing is a set of additional modules for Sage 200, integrated with Stock, BOM, and Sales/Purchase Order Processing. The modules include Job Costing, Works Order Processing and Estimating.  The software can be configured for one-off job-costed manufacture or high volume batch-manufactured products. Material and Resource Planning (MRP) provides suggested works and purchase orders plus Rough Cut Capacity Planning for labour and machine usage.
