Proactive Monitoring
Along with looking out for viruses, we also perform regular checks of your systems, looking out for available updates to Microsoft and your programs.
As well as regular server checks, we also perform bi-yearly disaster recovery tests to ensure you’re covered in an emergency. If your data were to be lost, damaged, or corrupted somehow, we’ll be able to get you back up and running as quickly as possible, knowing what to do should the worst happen.
Helpdesk Support
Here at ACIT, we care about our customers and their business. We realise that issues with your computer systems impact your ability to run your company. When you call, you’ll always speak to one of our friendly team who will help get you back on your feet without any time wasted. Once we’ve looked into the issue, we’ll work hard to resolve it as quickly as possible. What’s more, our support tools mean we’re generally able to remote onto your computer to resolve it; but if we need to, we’ll even offer to come on-site for a closer look.
System and Data Back-ups
“It’s better to be safe than sorry.” We don’t like thinking about it, but it’s best to be prepared should something happen to your business. Should a fire/flood break out in the office, if a server breaks down, or if data is accidentally deleted, ACIT will make sure your data stays safe with regular on-site back-ups. On-site back-ups to physical drives offer more flexibility, while our cloud backup options ensure you’re still protected should the worst happen.
Remote Access Solutions

We’ve partnered with Barracuda Networks and AVG to provide the best in anti-virus, content filtering, and email security services for a low monthly cost. Taking responsibility for the safety of your systems, we regularly monitor them to look out for viruses, malware, and ransomware; resolving any issues that we find along the way.
