Keeping up with the latest Office 365 Cloud Services

We are very proud of our IT manager, Joe, for completing the latest Microsoft Enabling & Managing Office 365 Course last week.
Keeping up to date with the continuous Microsoft Office 365 developments is very important to our business, being an IT support company who implement Microsoft Office 365 to the majority of our numerous IT customers, alongside many of our Sage 50c clients.  Joe already knew a lot of what was covered in the course, being diligent and spending many hours ensuring he is always up on the new features available.  He has already utilised the relevant functionality for customers during implementations in the last couple of years he has been with ACIT.  As always with these courses, seeing how Microsoft and other IT professionals use the services trigger many thought processes of how we can improve the solutions we deliver to our customers.
If you don’t know much about Office 365, it is so much more than the emails and desktop product that you may use every day.  Joe is always happy to discuss the additional features with anyone who is keen to listen!  He is already tweaking our existing migration routines – both for internal domains and email suppliers – utilising his new found knowledge to streamline the processes that we know already work…
